About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Management professional to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profitability across our hotel portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement revenue strategies that drive growth and profitability across our hotel portfolio. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying revenue opportunities, and developing pricing and yield management strategies.

Market Intelligence and Analysis

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify revenue opportunities and optimize pricing and yield management strategies.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and manage a team of revenue management professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
  1. Experience and Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a full-time revenue management position in hospitality or a related industry. A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in revenue management systems, including PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, and channel management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Personal Qualities

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement revenue growth strategies that drive profitability. A results-driven and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
