Customer Success Operations Expert

We are seeking a Customer Success team member for a one-year term to support our users and partners in Vancouver, BC.
Strutta is a pioneering DIY Social Media Contests & Sweepstakes platform that has served renowned consumer brands worldwide for nearly a decade.
This position will focus on enabling a diverse group of users as they leverage our online platform to develop social promotions for their brands.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Work effectively in a software environment, utilizing ZenDesk or an equivalent support platform.
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Familiarize yourself with the objectives of digital marketers and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- 3-5 years of experience in a support capacity, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
- Experience with Quality Assurance/testing and knowledge of Mac/PC operation is a plus.
A competitive salary, estimated at around $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform and contribute to the growth of a successful company.
