As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing front-line customer service within the Supply Chain Department. This includes greeting customers upon arrival at our fast-paced customer-facing Intact Service Centre, responding to their inquiries, and anticipating their needs.

You'll be the first point of contact with customers, and you'll need to be able to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide front-line customer service within the Supply Chain Department
  • Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate their needs
  • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Perform routine administrative functions as requested by the Service Centre Manager

We're looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. If you have a university degree or college diploma, a valid full G driver's license, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, we'd love to hear from you.
