Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tim Hortons. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods and walking are required.
