Job Title: Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at A F Cold Storage. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:

A F Cold Storage is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Language: English

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
