Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

About the Job:

We are offering a full-time regular position with 112 hours of work per three-week rotation. The salary for this position ranges from $45,070 to $48,290 per year, based on the Pay Band 19 scale.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various ultrasound techniques to obtain images that aid in the detection and diagnosis of conditions and diseases. This will involve working independently and using analytical skills to interpret complex data.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Certification as a Canadian Registered Vascular Sonographer (CRVS) and a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
