Receptionist - Campbell River

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. as the first point of contact for our Home Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional image of the organization.
- Coordinate front desk operations, including distributing correspondence, answering general inquiries, and managing meeting schedules.
- Execute administrative tasks to the highest quality standards, including preparing and packaging items for shipping, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and arranging meetings.
- Support daily lunch program operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Observe and report any security, maintenance, or cleanliness issues to the Office Manager.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confidential at all times.
