Job Description

At CANCO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth. Your expertise in market research, trend analysis, and customer service will be invaluable in determining consumer demand, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for planning budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
