Job Summary

We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process and merchandise donated items, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
