Business Development Representative

Culligan of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Light Commercial Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate customer needs and develop tailored proposals to meet their requirements.
- Develop sales promotion strategies for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Perform needs analyses and develop appropriate solutions for customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Utilize sales management tools for sales planning, supplier planning, and documenting opportunities.
- Demonstrate product functionality to customers based on their needs.
- Maintain effective communications within the organization using sales tools and software.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as defined in the sales plan.
- University degree in business, marketing, or engineering is an asset.
- Previous water treatment experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new business prospects is essential.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Strong knowledge of outside sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques is required.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, are necessary.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
