Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories, promoting a visually appealing store layout.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, demonstrating a strong product knowledge.
  • Identify, label and catalogue items received, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain records on inventory control system, tracking stock levels and monitoring trends.
  • Prepare and track work orders, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, optimizing stock levels and reducing waste.
  • Process incoming requisitions, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area, adhering to safety protocols and inventory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physically demanding, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
