We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Caramba Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, as well as analyzing operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.
Leadership and TrainingYou will instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, supervise kitchen staff, and train new team members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Your expertise will ensure that our menu items meet the highest quality standards.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesCaramba Restaurant is committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in their career development. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in this initiative by supporting foreign credential recognition and providing training and guidance to new team members.
Job Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
