Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Bravo Charlie Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of grounds maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement plans for the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, including mowing, pruning, and other tasks.
  • Organize and Direct Construction Projects: Oversee the construction of decks, walls, and other outdoor features, ensuring they are built to a high standard.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and purchase materials and supplies as needed for maintenance and construction projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to staff on best practices and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of staff time.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate will be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
