Lead Digital Transformation in Nova Scotia

As a key member of the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across government departments and partners. Our mission is to deliver user-centered, efficient, and impactful digital services that meet modern expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of services that align with a range of technology choices and value for money
  • Provide overall direction to the product team and manage communication with clients
  • Establish metrics for product delivery and project delivery activities
  • Coach and inspire colleagues about digital products and exhibit political acumen in managing stakeholders
  • Apply user-centered and product development approaches to ensure client satisfaction and simple experience
Requirements:
  • Relevant undergraduate university degree in an area relevant to the position
  • Significant senior leadership experience and product management experience
  • Knowledge or understanding of the Land Registry and land-based system, as well as customer service center operations
