Hybrid Retail Sales Manager

We are a dynamic team at The Cell Phone Centre, seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Retail Sales Manager to lead our store's sales performance and customer success.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring sales advisors, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Your primary objective will be to achieve minimum store revenue targets by coaching and mentoring your team, conducting warm and cold calls, text, and email campaigns to build a healthy sales funnel, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
You will also be expected to become the resident B2B expert, enthusiastically market our centre through social media and referral acquisition, and regularly train, learn, and evaluate all our operational systems.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, discipline around time management, and a passion for sales. You will be rewarded on performance and attaining objectives, making this an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to excel in a hybrid retail sales management role.
Average salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Estimated annual bonus: 10-20% of base salary
The ideal candidate will have:
- a proven track record in sales management and customer service;
- strong leadership and communication skills;
- the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets;
- a keen eye for detail and analytical skills;
- experience with CRM software and other sales tools;
- a bachelor's degree in business or a related field;
