Position Summary

The successful applicant will serve as a teaching assistant for ECS 203 and provide support for grading assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Evaluating course assignments using established rubrics.
• Providing administrative support to the instructor as needed.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of curriculum materials.
• Collaborating with the instructor to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.

Position Requirements
The successful applicant will:
• Be a current graduate or postgraduate student in the Faculty of Education, University of Regina.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have proficiency in American Psychological Association (APA) format and be able to apply it in a teaching context.
• Have demonstrated experience in providing constructive feedback to students, with a focus on promoting academic excellence.
• Have a solid understanding of curriculum theory and its application in a teaching setting.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
