  • As an Administrative Assistant at Didden Professional Services Ltd., you will provide high-level administrative support to our team.
  • Key Responsibilities

    • General Administration

      • Arrange and coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences
      • Establish and implement policies and procedures
      • Schedule appointments and confirm arrangements
      • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
      • Respond to electronic enquiries

    • Data Management

      • Compile data, statistics, and other information
      • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
      • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems

    • Communication

      • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
      • Provide customer service
      • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support

    • Tech Skills

      • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
      • Familiar with electronic mail

    • Other

      • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
      • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
      • Demonstrate adaptability, judgement, and time management skills


  • Requirements

    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
    • Degree in any field or equivalent experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
