Job Title: HRIS Project Manager

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS systems to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Lead process changes associated with HRIS systems, including user-acceptance testing and training.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Talent, Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience leading teams through projects and process changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
