Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Relief Full Time Food Service Worker II to join our team at Invermere District Hospital. The successful candidate will work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. This position offers a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week until the return of the incumbent.

Key Responsibilities

As a team player, you will perform a variety of duties within a Food Service Operation, including portioning and serving meals and beverages, setting tables and trays, collecting and unloading food service wagons, washing and peeling vegetables and fruit, preparing items for procedures, counting and measuring ingredients, preparing beverages and food items, washing dishes and utensils, and performing cleaning duties. You will also be responsible for clerical duties, such as answering the telephone, running diet sheets off the computer, and writing information on menu cards.
