We're looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our Merlin group and help shape the future of our technology. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to the design and implementation of high-availability software solutions, and drive innovation across our marketplaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with your technical lead and product team to craft elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Mentoring junior engineers to foster growth and development within the team
  • Actively participating in daily standups, code reviews, demos, and other collaborations to ensure seamless communication
  • Documenting processes and procedures to maintain continuity and knowledge sharing

We're seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience in writing software utilizing the .NET Framework and C#. Your expertise should also include 4+ years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as 2+ years of experience with a major UX framework like React. Additionally, you should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is $140,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
