About the team

Terminal helps our users extend their online presence to the physical world. The Terminal team's mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments.

Your role

You will be responsible for creating world-class checkout experiences for Terminal merchants and their consumers.

Key responsibilities

  • Set a multi-year vision and break it down into measurable milestones for the Terminal Commerce Experience team.
  • Partner with software engineers and cross-functional partners to research and deliver what users and merchants need.
  • Use metrics to inform your point of view and measure success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in building consumer-facing experiences.
  • Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working on developer products and building interfaces that support internal or external users.
  • Technically adept systems thinker with a Computer Science degree (or equivalent).

Bonus requirements

  • Experience working in fintech and/or payments.

What we offer

The annual salary range for this role is C$151,200 - C$226,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. Benefits include equity, company bonus, sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
