About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at City Cannabis Co. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
