Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our placement services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing administrative issues to provide support to employees
  • Assigning projects and developing action plans
  • Directing the operations of an organization or department that provides services
  • Evaluating the operations of establishments that provide services to businesses
  • Planning and organizing the operations of establishments that provide services to businesses
  • Providing expertise in response to client needs
  • Reviewing projects and programs
  • Sorting technical problems to help employees with established procedures
  • Hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff
  • Marketing business services
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Directing and advising staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Representing the company within various economic and social organizations
  • Leading and instructing groups
  • Providing customer service
  • Monitoring and evaluating

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
