Job Title: Maintenance Logistics Specialist

About the Role:
You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing parts inventory for various departments within Béton Provincial. Your duties will include:
  * Purchasing and managing parts for crushing operations, asphalt plant, garage, and trucks;
  * Communicating with suppliers to negotiate prices, conditions, and delivery schedules;
  * Maintaining accurate records of all purchases to ensure quantity levels;
  * Organizing and planning mechanics for repairs and maintenance;
  * Coordinating and scheduling appointments with subcontractors as needed;
  * Monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages and rapid reorganization of parts;
  * Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to understand parts requirements and ensure availability;
  * Resolving issues related to backorders, late deliveries, and discrepancies with suppliers;
  * Preparing and submitting purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts;
  * Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the parts room or warehouse;

Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. You should have experience in parts sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management. Knowledge of equipment and parts used in crushing, asphalt, and trucking operations is an asset. You should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
