We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to support our stores in the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, and Vancouver Island.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical and medication management services at selected retail stores.
  • Marketing and implementing clinical programs into select retail stores.
  • Supporting the development of clinical programs and pharmacy services.
  • Networking with other healthcare providers.
  • Staying updated on industry knowledge in managed care, clinical pharmacy, innovative drug therapies, and enabling technologies.
  • Managing day-to-day clinical programs at select retail pharmacies.
  • Create a strong work ethic and patient-centered care culture in the workplace.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships to support professional practice and ongoing development of pharmacists and team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
  • Experience in Retail/community pharmacy.
  • Certification in Injection administration.
  • Methadone training.
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations within their region.
  • Good knowledge of consumer/patient health segments.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of drug therapies.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
