Strategic Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Improvement Specialist to join our team at The Pod Group. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and program/project management to drive continuous improvement across our organization.
About the RoleThe Strategic Improvement Specialist will be responsible for evaluating all aspects of our organization to ensure data integrity, service quality, and continuous improvement. This includes assessing and enhancing service delivery, organizational processes, and outcomes.
- Evaluate Organizational Processes: Identify areas for efficiency improvements, recommend process adjustments, streamline workflows, and reduce redundancy.
- Assess Service Delivery: Collect and analyze client feedback, identify trends, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery and organizational processes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and program development, and develop tools to measure program outcomes and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the organization in readiness for the Canadian Centre for Accreditation process.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, coordinating, and organizing key deliverables identified by the Canadian Centre for Accreditation.
- Sitting on the Quality and Client Safety Committees.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's level in health policy or administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience/certification in strategic planning, operational management, and program/project management in health or life sciences.
- Experience managing staff is essential.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
