About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support services to our customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and performing system backups and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications
