Job Title: Parking Lot Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced parking lot operations manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing maintenance and repair work for our parking lots
  • Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports to senior management
  • Requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolving work-related problems and providing technical advice to colleagues
  • Supervising and training staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Terms and Conditions

This is a permanent position, with a regular working schedule of 35-40 hours per week.

The work language is English, and proficiency in this language is essential for this role.
