Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $90,000, plus benefits, bonus, and spending accounts. A hybrid work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

Job Description

This senior-level architectural position involves providing leadership and mentorship to project teams, overseeing work allocation, timesheets, project budgets, and schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong design abilities, and a collaborative approach.

The role entails:

  • Leading project teams and guiding them through the design and construction phases;
  • Liaising with clients throughout various project stages to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Preparing client presentations and presenting design concepts and drawings;
  • Incorporating Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects;
  • Fostering professional working relationships with stakeholders;
  • Writing reports and memos to consultants and vendors;
  • Reviewing completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations;
  • Participating in team meetings and project reviews;

A key aspect of this position is working closely with clients to deliver successful projects, from schematic design through to construction phases. The successful candidate will have strong design skills and creative ideas to develop unique solutions for projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this Architect position, you must possess:

  • 5-12 years of relevant industry experience;
  • A broad range of project experience;
  • Excellent leadership skills, experienced in leading teams and providing mentorship;
  • Strong design skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills;
  • Familiarity with Revit software;
