Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer to lead our mobile application development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering mobile applications for our clients. You'll work closely with our technical and non-technical teammates to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software according to specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to enhance their professional growth and skills
  • Take initiative on projects and tasks, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Uphold and reinforce software development guidelines, promoting best practices
  • Research and implement new techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Advise and consult with clients on technical decisions and direction, ensuring their needs are met

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer, with at least 2 recent years in mobile development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a software-related field, or relevant certification
  • English or French proficiency, with full bilingualism preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Mobile application development using React Native or Flutter
  • Development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Shape Up
  • Application testing, including unit, functional, and E2E testing
  • CI/CD pipelines and Domain-Driven Design
  • At least one major modern server-side programming language, such as NodeJS, Typescript, Java, or Python
