Job Overview
Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management position, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing new initiatives, training staff, and monitoring sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and overstocking
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
