Job DescriptionThe Client Program Coordinator will serve as the main liaison and communicator between Gillis and specific hotel brands' special programs. This role is responsible for organizing and implementing strategic efficiencies to ensure successful execution and delivery of program commitments.
- This includes working with Business Development and Sales Departments to ensure smooth and seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:As the primary point of contact for corporate clients, you will represent both the hotel brand and Gillis, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular check-ins, program performance reviews, and strategic discussions to align with client objectives.
- Anticipating and addressing client needs, working proactively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate must collaborate with Gillis and hotel brand stakeholders to develop customized reports that align with brand standards.
- Effectively showcasing the selling journey of the Area Sales Manager.
- Oversight of the implementation of sales programs, coordination of resources, and timely delivery of all program components.
The ideal candidate must gather a deep understanding of client goals and KPIs to enable Gillis to tailor programs that meet specific objectives.
- Working closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies for in-market visits and assisting in executing the sales plan.
- Providing comprehensive sales support and guidance, including client onboarding, training on program specifics, and sharing updates on best practices.
You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing regular reports that capture the performance, engagement, and return on investment (ROI) of each sales program.
- Ensuring data accuracy and transparency in reporting, maintaining strong client trust and program accountability.
The ideal candidate must partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams within both the hotel brand and Gillis to ensure the seamless execution of hotel brand and Gillis programs.
- Working closely with product development and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement in client experience and program effectiveness.
- Facilitating internal communication across teams to align on client expectations, timelines, and program outcomes.
