Job Description: Executive Chef

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Cleaning kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
