Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to Work under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively.

You must possess strong client-focused skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Flexibility and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
