Job Summary:

The Community Partnerships and Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role within the Business Development team at Soles4Souls Canada. This position is responsible for supporting business development initiatives while growing community outreach, programmatic, and technical support for Soles4Souls Canada's relief programs that serve those in crisis, including 4Relief and 4Every Kid. The successful candidate will manage a range of duties focused on business development, program execution, partner relations, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and grow shoe drives with apparel/footwear companies and non-retail industries, as well as opportunities for financial contributions to support S4S Canada.

- Engage with existing supporters and assist in their execution of shoe and financial drives for the mission, providing advice, marketing assets, and support as needed.

- Motivate and retain assigned supporters to meet shoe donation and financial goals.

- Solicit new donors and introduce them to the Soles4Souls mission.

- Conduct prospect research to elevate funding and product donation opportunities.

- Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation and notes, developing impact reports, drafting presentations, and collaborating with marketing to update necessary materials.

- Oversee Project Management tools, fielding incoming requests, prioritizing work, and liaising between other departments.

- Create and manage reports on corporate shoe drive wins, misses, and quarterly goals, responding to and following up on shoe drive requests.

- Support the growth of Soles4Souls' programs focused on domestic and international relief.

- Collaborate with the Outreach team to implement ongoing strategies for partner development for 4Relief and 4Every Kid programming.

- Monitor partner activity and impact measurement through surveys and partner feedback.

- Plan and execute Soles4Souls' 4Relief/4Every Kid volunteer engagement events.

Requirements:

- Travel required.

- Bilingual preferred (English and French).

- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong external and internal relationship management skills.

- Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing nonprofit setting.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Wrike.

- Net Suite experience preferred.

- Non-profit background preferred.

- Event planning experience preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license and active passport required.

- Flexible hours to support position needs.
