The primary role of the Hospitality Ambassador is to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure seamless guest flow within the restaurant.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  2. Welcoming guests, seating them, and interacting with them in a friendly manner
  3. Efficiently answering phones and taking orders for take-out as needed
  4. Detailed documentation of reservations and setting up tables according to specifications
  5. Clearing tables, sanitizing, and resetting for new guests
  6. Rolling cutlery
  7. Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms
  8. Effective communication with third-party delivery drivers to ensure guest satisfaction

This role offers an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on location and experience.
