The Food and Beverage Team Member is an integral part of the PURE Canadian Gaming team. This role provides drinks and menu items to casino guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries about menu, cocktails, prices, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving food and beverages to guests following proper guidelines
  • Interacting with casino guests and responding knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices, services, and features of the casino

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to maintain a security clearance
  • Available to work evenings/weekends
  • Individuals with integrity and high standards
  • Pleasant, out-going, energetic individuals
  • Someone who is enthusiastic

Work Conditions

  • Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques – responsible for stocking non-alcoholic beverages
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to bend to reach shelves
  • Must be able to carry a serving tray with drinks/food
  • Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
