About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Autolux Ltd. O/A Rapid City Transportation. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions in accordance with our customer service policies.
  • Record and modify customer information within our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French verbal and written communication skills considered an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, including comfort with attaching documents, working with multiple screens and tabs
  • Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a busy environment
  • Flexible to work 40 hours a week between the hours of 6:00am and 11:30pm, with occasional weekends
