Job Description
As an ESL teacher at Beijing 21st Century School, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling classes from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with regular weekends off
- Taught students aged 6-18 years old
- Managing class sizes of around 18-24 students
- Preparing, selecting, and using teaching-learning materials for students
- Giving students more English input
- Participating in all school activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Related certification preferred
- Responsible, patient, friendly, outgoing, hardworking, and easy to work with
