Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install resilient floor coverings, including hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare floors for installations and remove existing floor coverings and contaminants

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flooring materials and installation techniques, as well as excellent physical stamina to handle the demands of the job. If you are a skilled tradesperson looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Work Environment: Our team works in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential locations. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in physically demanding environments.

Requirements: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.

Language: English.
