Job Overview

William Wright Commercial Real Estate is seeking an exceptional Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly and professionally, using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial real estate or business services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous vacation and holiday package.
