Job Opportunity

As a skilled finance professional, you will support a high-performing commercial banking team with portfolio management and compliance support. Your contribution to the client's relationship team will enable enhanced client-facing time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage business analysis skills to meet client expectations for credit requests and annual reviews.
  • Provide quality business analysis and credit advice through presentation options that clearly articulate advantages and benefits to the client.
  • Demonstrate RBC's capability to provide creative financial solutions in a timely manner and deliver credit solutions that meet or exceed client needs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration by coaching, mentoring, and assisting colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Exercise due diligence in recommending credit applications, working in collaboration with Risk Management, especially in supporting risk processes and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in financial and credit analysis in support of exceptional client relationship management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial lending in a financial institution.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with emerging resources, communications, and technology.
