MCI ACCOUNTING is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our staff.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Senior Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for performing data entry, typing and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
