About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement;
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery;
  • Market business services to expand our customer base and increase revenue;
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize financial performance;
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to maintain a strong company image;
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations;
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Windows;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Client-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Judgment and organized approach to manage multiple priorities;
  • Team player with dependability and reliability.
Work Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work at various locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
