Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Agence de Recouvrement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing Supervisors and their respective teams, ensuring staff recruiting, training, and supervisory programs are effectively utilized.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Supervisors and their respective teams, ensuring effective utilization of staff recruiting, training, and supervisory programs.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive Collection Contact & segmentation Strategies with robust test and control framework.
  • Foster and promote a change management process during champion & challenger validations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control framework and good business practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Maintain high standards of client relationship management while enhancing organic growth across the existing client base.
  • Keep abreast of month-end positioning with respect to branch operational targets.
  • Maintain written records of reports, statistics, and others as required by Senior Management.
  • Execute operational, administrative procedures, and policies, including audit files, review performances, evaluate results, and maintain discipline.
  • Promote a pleasant environment where each team member can grow and achieve their career goals in line with company expectations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Administration or related field (asset)
  • Experience in debt collection (3-5 years) or in the banking industry
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Knowledge of laws relating to debt collection (asset)
  • Good negotiator both with internal and external interlocutors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work with tight deadlines

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
