We are seeking an experienced Co-ordinator and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Marquee S Group.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional to provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Take minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant parties
- Determine and establish office routines and procedures
- Schedule appointments and confirm details
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and digital filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment contract
- Language: English
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract top talent.
