Cyber Service Lead

Job Summary:

To provide strategic guidance to the Manager Cyber Service Delivery and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in executing the City-wide cyber program to ensure the City's adequate protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with stakeholders and partners to promote engagement and awareness.
  • Manage client expectations and escalations as a single point of contact from the Office of the CISO.
  • Coordinate cyber intake requests, gather information, and communicate risks to clients.
  • Lead the implementation of a business assurance framework and collaborate across the organization to ensure policies and standards are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business or Technology or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, client relations, and IT knowledge.
  • Strong project management experience in deploying security-related initiatives.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA.

  • Ability to work in transformative programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while adhering to strict deadlines.
