Senior Specialist, Contaminated Sites Assessment (CSA)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Specialist, Contaminated Sites Assessment (CSA) to join our team at Ausenco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality contaminated sites assessment services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. You will be responsible for leading project managers and overseeing projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts, as well as stakeholder, client, and/or schedule challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality contaminated sites assessment services to clients
  • Lead project managers and oversee projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts
  • Develop and implement contaminated sites assessment strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in contaminated sites
  • Expert understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements
  • Hold or eligible for a standards-based CSAP designation or Contaminated Site QP
  • Experience within land development, mining, and/or transportation is an asset
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff
