Job Title: Office Administrator

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Stoney Creek. As a key member of our construction and forestry team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including general office duties, switchboard operations, and typing and filing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and create correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or University Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
