Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Cheers Liquor Stores. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with our sales staff, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Support Foreign Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths:
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English
